      I was given the opportunity to grow within the business over many years whilst being encouraged to develop as a person and a leader throughout my time. The people within the business were great and the work was very fulfilling.

      Pros

      Fantastic team made up of kind, talented and fun individuals. Excellent perks for a small business - private medical cover, one hour to work out on top of your lunchbreak, 28 days holiday plus a genuine focus on work life balance. On top of all of this, everyday you're contributing to the mission which is to help people stay fit, healthy and happier.

      Cons

      In build mode, if you're looking for a company with lots of structure, defined progression paths, hierarchy etc this may not be for you. If you love building things and getting involved in different projects this is the perfect time to join.
