Personally, I would say all the operational teams across the board are hard-working individuals that love their venues.

This kind of mentality can lead to a toxic work environment. In any healthy work environment, employees deserve equal opportunities and a transparent understanding of how decisions are made. When nepotism and opacity prevail, it erodes trust, hinders professional development, and can ultimately drive talented individuals away from the organization.
