Pros
Overall it is a nice company as a starting job, but for someone trying to actually work in food because it's something they like this isn't the place. All the employees are super nice and very tightly bonded. Along with amazing atmosphere design wise and a unique menu to learn.
Cons
The 'corporate' aspect is horrible, caring more about money than the employees. I completely understand that the reason for a business is to be making money, but that seems to be the only focus of the CEO. They urge people to invest in the locations but can't even keep up with their want to grow. When faced with the prospect of top employees leaving instead of asking why and trying to solve the problems within managers are just specifically told something along the lines of 'do whatever you can to make them stay'. Maybe it would also help if head chefs or CEO's treated employees like humans and talked to them when going into their establishment...
