Great place to work to get to know a lot of the players in the Atlanta planning world. Michael is well-known around the area and working here gives many the opportunity to make connections that they otherwise wouldn't at a larger firm
Cons
Management is spotty. High turnover rate due to poor management. Does not give a lot of flexibility to work/life balance.
