      Mostly nice colleagues, good salary for area

      Company is going more corporate as it expands and a colder more numbers focussed approach is damaging its previously employee focus

      Pay is a trade off for lack of opportunity to progress. A lot of inter department snobbery

      Pros

      Competitive salaries, benefits package, pension and an annual bonus. Flexible Working, blended working, home working. Positive culture, where you are a person and not just a payroll number. Continuous improvements always being made.

      Cons

      Shallow structure, but progression can be achieved in other ways.
