      - Great network and exposure to different client bases - lots of opportunities were given to the juniors - Good vibes and working environment, gatherings were held frequently to increase the sense of belongings

      - can be very busy but it shall be expected for creative agency

      The vibe with colleagues and management was very good! I had creative freedom and support on my work in office.

      Cons

      Client’s variety is wide so need to manage different type of work at the same time. Flexibility is required.
