This company used to be an excellent place to work, back in the days before smartphones and social media. However, now it seems that only those with questionable ethics or severe issues are sticking around. Decision-making is heavily influenced by office politics, favoring those with the loudest voices rather than what's truly best for the company. There are instances of managers drinking at their desks, harassment, affairs, and more. If you thrive on the drama akin to a Jerry Springer episode, then this might be the company for you. But if you're seeking a meaningful career, it's advisable to look elsewhere.
