      like Turkish Delight - full of promise

      under delivered, unrealistic targets, out of touch managment style and industrial approach for New Business Development Zero support and resources for staff and suppliers working remotly and arrogant self-entitlement under-delivers poor product services to the client.

      They do develop a wide range of innovative ingredients

      Cons

      Management is trash, too much micro management and blindsiding. Plus, the company work to the ever changing whims of their boss.

      Not too many I can think of as there were so much negative going on

      Cons

      Never worked in such a bad management company in my life. Management sacking people without reason, very un-professional and exhausting environment. I suggest avoiding this company with all costs. No understanding of company values or culture, I would give 0 starts if I could.
