Pros
Easy job, side work is a joke so you're usually out pretty quick. If you get enough tables/larger party, or a prime section you can make very good money. Chef Rachel comes up with some pretty amazing dishes, the food there is delicious and the craft cocktails are pretty good too.
Cons
Unorganized, a lot of the people in power lack some key skills and/or experience to be able to perform their jobs properly. Management is lacking, people will run out on side work, you'll get skipped in seating rotation, and it just not run very well for a restaurant that is supposed to be "fine dining."
