      The clients are amazing and the methodology really works

      Cons

      Turnover is extraordinarily high because the trainers aren't treated well. Obviously, that reflects poorly on business. The company feels like it's run by a bunch of immature high schoolers and everyone is constantly going behind one another's back. Memberships don't need to be nearly as high as they are, you are ripping people off.

      Pros

      I get to work with an incredible group of diverse women, both clients and coworkers, that inspire me and build me up. I am supported and accepted by my coworkers. We all work to build strong friendships, look after each other, and are quick to help whenever there is a need. TLM really does feel like a family for me. I am constantly learning and regularly challenged. It is really fun, engaging, and rewarding training women through their motherhood journey and working along side like-minded and passionate trainers.

      Cons

      TLM can be a challenging environment to work in at times given the ebb and flow that naturally comes from working for a scrappy start up. It is important to be flexible and understand there is an element of fluidity necessary. Our clients can also be challenging at times - it can take a lot of empathy and energy to truly engage with them as they move through a massive transition in their lives. Keeping things positive isn't always easy.

      The Owner/ Founder is committed to the growth and success of all of the trainers. She helped to foster an open and supportive community among all of us where we could share knowledge and help each other provide great service to our clients.

      Cons

      not able to train with TLM and other organizations. Understandable.
