The MAVEN Project employs a team of passionate employees to carry out its mission. Working together, we design and deploy innovative ways to bridge the gap in access to care. We work wholeheartedly to connect our dedicated corps of physician volunteers with clinic providers caring for the underserved, via telehealth technology.
Cons
With such a compelling mission, there is a constant need to recruit and retain team members who are as dedicated and passionate as we are!

It's a small but mighty nonprofit focused on helping providers who care for the underserved. Leadership understands and supports the needs of this growing organization. In early growth phase, it's all hands on deck and staff is collegial and collaborative. CEO is passionate, dedicated to support all staff and responsive to their needs. With both an MD and MBA, she has a wealth of experience and represents the organization well in multiple forums from small provider groups to large stakeholders. Some staff remote but connect by Zoom meetings (video) and face to face periodically.
Cons
With growth, there will be more staff added to support operations
