I support amazing clients working for social justice. I have colleagues that I learn from every day. They challenge me to do better and they make me laugh. Best boss I've ever had. Strong culture of performance, but with a lot of care and heart.

High salary in nonprofit sector, practices what they preach - clear goals/expectations, lots of feedback and great managers. You get to work with a variety of awesome progressive organizations. Respectful of your personal
life while maintaining high expectations. Super smart people! Thoughtfully working on internal equity and inclusion.

Intense expectations - not the place to work if you want to check Facebook or twitter. You gotta bust a** to get your goals met. Open work space, but with some jobs you can work wherever you want. Lots of travel for sone positions.
