There are no pros. Management tries to sell you on an idea to get you in the door but then doesn't follow through.
Cons
Don't offer training help, harassing environment, HR questionable practices with higher ups even commenting on how it's a good thing HR isn't around. Ticket sales supervisor has no ticket selling experience
