Wof.t... Toxic and bullying is the culture. The tone from the top is non-existent and purely driven by profit, with the executive team allowed to publicly bully and undermine each other on a daily basis. When problems are reported to HR you're just told to speak to your manager, even if the problem you're reporting is about said manager. They promote flexible working but you are only allowed one rostered day a week working from home with any other days required to be taken as leave. "Call centre" staff were forced to come into the office during the pandemic, because the company didn't want to invest in WFH capability for a small team. On top of this, pay is very very under market average and pay rises are never given due to "lack of budget", and there is no performance management of staff resulting in a lot of underperformers who you're forced to pick up the slack of. The front end systems are outdated, clunky and continuously broken, and procedures are changed on a weekly basis with little or no warning until the last minute. Problems are raised to upper management but nothing is fixed or we're just bounced between teams, and then you get in trouble for the problem occurring.
