      Pros

      The job has unlimited earning potential and career growth. Management goes out of their way to make sure you are successful . The company focuses on continuous credit education to make sure that you master your craft and best serve your clients. Having a direct line of communication with upper management and ownership is certainly a plus if you ever have any questions or concerns.

      Cons

      Focusing in business and mortgage finance can be stressful at times when having to meet timelines. Although you have unlimited earning potential it does come with a price. Do not expect to be a top producer without putting in the hours. The sales department is highly competitive and mediocrity is not tolerated. If you do not have "thick skin" this is not the company for you.

      Great atmosphere with a sense of comradery and a willingness to help. Working for a company that genuinely cares about changing lives makes the work in itself fulfilling.

      Cons

      With focusing on home buying, there can be some stress involved in the final transaction phases. Being able to manage details, wear a couple different hats and stay organized is imperative.
