The CEO/CFO leadership style is to rule with an iron fist and they are very condescending. Constantly staff is let go without keeping other co-workers and managers in the loop and you are left wondering what is going on. This has become a large problem lately because staff who have no skill sets in other fields are given other people's tasks regardless if they know how to do them, but they are expected to do them. Just because you are great at your job does not mean you are good at everyone else’s job, and if you say anything you are being defiant because you refuse to do 2-3x more work because they constantly let people go and refuse to replace those positions. I had my manager and some co-workers let go. I have no idea why, was never told anything in any meetings, nothing. This company offers zero benefits, bonuses, raises, or retirement. No (health/dental/vision/401k). There is no long-term future here because of this. Advice, look for a mid-size or larger-size company that has been well established, offers growth, and mentorship, and where you can grow your career and be appreciated for the value that you bring.
