Pros
The company is fuelled by its great employees. There is good talent in the people working there, so they make a good product. There is flexibility in the workload as the work is completely remote and asynchronous.
Cons
The management is very disorganized and lots of times with no real clue about what they are doing or where they wanna head to. There is no really care about the people there, just the monetization of their work. People are numbers. The “we care about people” value it's completely false. They don't really have an HR team anymore (they used to have one), so employees are pretty much on their own regarding their stability, their career prospects in the company, their mental health, and their bonding with other co-workers, which is especially difficult for remote teams.

- Amazing team of talented, creative, kind people that all work together - Warm, open, uplifting atmosphere - Opportunities for growth (both within the company and self-development) - Healthy work-life balance is highly stimulated (creative days, taking time to unplug) - Innovative and ambitious mindset (there are always exciting projects happening) - Management genuinely cares for employees, your work is valued - The staycations/workations are such a blast! - No micromanagement, you're trusted to get your tasks done independently - Very open to new ideas/suggestions/improvements - Flat hierarchy - I can go on, but you get the idea—it's absolutely great to work here!
Cons
- People with no previous remote experience might find it too independent and expect more thorough onboarding/coaching - We're growing fast so things can be chaotic and unstructured at times, you've got to be adaptable and enjoy a fast-paced work environment
