      Pros

      The proactive communication and team spirit is promoted within the organization and practiced with all of our clients. We walk the walk and talk the talk - a positive change from my last working enviornment and I'm happy to come to work each day.

      The company is currently in a growth phase and I look forward to seeing more employees on board in the coming months/years . . .

      Flexible schedule and great hardware, but slow growth

      Pros

      Great place to work as an engineer. The company provides top-tier equipment, making it easy to stay productive without worrying about hardware limitations. The projects are interesting and impactful, with opportunities to work for major clients such as BMW. There is a strong focus on learning and professional growth, and hard work is recognized and rewarded. The flexible work environment is another big plus.

      Cons

      Some processes are still evolving as the technology department continues to grow, although I’ve seen significant improvements since I joined three years ago. Priorities can shift quickly, which requires flexibility and adaptability. This is particularly true given the challenges and rapid changes currently affecting the automotive industry.
