The Rummage Group has an employee rating of 4.9 out of 5 stars, based on 17 company reviews on Glassdoor which indicates that most employees have an excellent working experience there.
I can’t express enough how amazing of a career and work environment The Rummage Group has created. It is an extremely fun, playful, very casual, welcoming environment. Management is ALWAYS available to help no matter the time of day or how big or small the question. The owner has and will always put his partners before himself. He provides extensive training of the industry and the company to ensure the highest level of success for his partners. Everyone working here has the same opportunity and resources, including management. To say there are “favorites” or “one-sided” thinking is just ignorant. This career is great for people with families or people that enjoy traveling as well. The time off is way more than fair and above and beyond industry standard. Extremely flexible schedule catered to each person’s personal life. And that won’t ever change unless it is taken advantage of. Summary of working here: you get to create your own schedule (within reason of course), you have an uncapped commission, you’ll be excited and happy about waking up and going into the office and you get to work some of the best people I have had the pleasure of knowing.
Cons
You get what you put in. This career isn’t for lazy, unmotivated people so if you are looking for a cushy job where you can skate by, by doing the bare minimum this isn’t for you.
