Pressured, sometimes challenging and difficult . Very oversubscribed service . Some emotionally distressing calls. Many callers have been failed by other services.
As a small start up charity it can really respond to the needs of older people

I worry the merger with Age UK will mean the identity and brand will be lost and that it will simply be consumed by the larger organisation, meaning valuable services will be lost
