Rewarding place to work, which makes it motivating to carry out tasks to the best of your ability. Flexible schedule and good work life balance. Friendly atmosphere and teams made up of like minded people. Welcoming colleagues who make everyone feel included. Allowed good ownership over your own workload. Office in a good central location with nice views.

Cons

No parking on site. Second office in Sheffield can sometimes feel quite separate to the Bristol office.
