      Great place for transformation but be prepared for GLC leadership

      - Friendly and supportive team - Pushes you to strive better in excelling tasks - Become and advocate for liveable cities

      Cons

      - Leadership who are fickle and often change goal posts - Poor career growth - Overwork, lack of OT or boundaries which is often part of the company culture - Funded organisation so lacks resourcing + unclear direction from management which entails to staff/team burnout
