Pros
The work from home is definitely a pro and the flexible hours really supports with mental health and personal circumstances. Management are really supportive and everybody is friendly there is always somebody to help

Working from home in a full-time role, with regular and great communication with both my colleagues and my managers.
Cons
Occasional Evening and Weekend work but that agreed upon taking the role.
