Pros
There is nothing to say positive
Cons
Initially, upon applying to this company, candidates are required to undergo an aptitude test. Following this, they receive a call from the HR department indicating successful completion of the test and scheduling the next round of interviews (comprising a technical interview and basic HR interview) at a remote location in Chennai. During this process, a provisional offer letter is issued. Upon arrival at the office for the interview, everyone conducts themselves professionally. After the technical and basic interviews, candidates are informed that the company's team will contact them. Subsequently, within a day, candidates receive a call stating that they have secured the job. The company offers remote work and provides a laptop. However, it's revealed that the candidate's technical skills did not meet expectations, and thus, they are required to undergo training. Shockingly, the candidate is asked to pay ₹1,50,000 for this training, a detail not mentioned in the provisional offer letter, although they are promised a ₹15,000 stipend, further revealing the company's true intentions.
