- fellow engineers are highly collaborative - interesting product and value proposition

- unclear product direction - not enough designers to support engineering and product needs - little to no onboarding process

Pros
Really great place to be a developer, good relationships across and within teams, lots of autonomy and opportunity for impact.
Cons
Executive team doesn't seem to have it together, and communicates big changes suddenly and unexpectedly. They are slow to handle issues and deliver on promises with employees and quick to fire them. Constantly feels like a volatile and unforgiving place to work even if you are getting positive feedback.
