* Complimentary Staff Uniform (in the contract twice yearly!) - However first uniform is actually supposed to last you 12 months, * Great Staff Discount
Cons
* Terrible management, not only mid management but those above. All seem to be complete micro managers. While I was in the business both Ladies and Mens saw complete staff change over. There is no staff members that stay for more than a year as no one can stand the way they are treated. I have never been treated so bad in a company * Uniform guidelines are so strict, which can be difficult when you receive so little uniform in the first 12 months * Little staff so always on your own * Huge targets which are unachievable when the brand is not performing so commission is always terrible.
