      I love this company

      Pros

      This company is so supportive and a great place to work. It is a small business and all remote work for me. I am empowered to make decisions and resolve issues without having to jump through hoop and after hoop. I really feel like I am part of a team that cares about me as a person as well. If you're having a bad day or an off day, everyone steps in to help and support.

      Cons

      Sometimes all remote work can be a little isolating, but the team often co-works on zoom sessions together. We hang out, working on our own projects, and chat from time to time over Zoom as if we were in an office environment.

      Pros

      This is an all female company that truly cares about their clients and the experiences they receive. There are a lot of opportunities for travel and meeting other team members if your other part time jobs allow it/you have the time.

      Cons

      This role is virtual for the most part. You have your partner you work with in your city but if you don’t travel you may never meet some of your other team members in person.

      Pros

      You have the privilege of empowering women all day, meet some truly incredible people on an all-women team, AMAZING boudoir training and experience, small company, and lots of travel opportunities if you want it.

      Cons

      The biggest issue is you won't get paid what you're worth. Zero room for negotiation. Occasional drama. You NEED to learn to stick up for yourself and tell them when you're burnt out and can't take on anymore/need a break/something is not worth it for you.
