Pros

The variety of clients which can provide rationale, to those who are so motivated and willing to put in the work on their own time and dime, to learn different medical technologies and therapeutic areas.

Cons

"Personality-driven" decision making company as a result of micro management from the majority owner who happens to be President and CEO. Strategic direction changes as much as the weather. This has resulted in a very politicized environment unusual for a company this small and with a fairly flat organizational structure.

The management create a toxic work environment where employees are expected to work “until the work is done” which meant that most team members put in at least 10 hour days as well as weekends and there was little support provided if help was requested

Benefits are some of the best you’ll find.

Cons

Management is the absolute worst in every conceivable way. WCG itself isn’t the issue, it’s specifically ThreeWire. There are some lovely people that work there but management is vindictive, unprofessional and they do not value their employees. They’ve lost so many incredibly hardworking employees due to their constant attempts to blackmail and gaslight. As a parent company, WCG needs to wipe out almost everyone in a managerial position and start fresh. This is the most toxic work environment you’ll ever encounter.
