      None that I have witnessed

      Cons

      Unorganized No time management Except staff to work 9AM-12AM 6 days a week Expect staff to attend functions which you need to attend on your own time (not work hours) Not only do you work hard to try to make the sale you need to hope that the technician and the installment don’t make the person cancel ONLY then do you get the money Place is a joke

      Pros

      Thrive gave me a great structure to build entrepreneurial skills around. It also gave me the understanding I needed to help develop my business. The environment is very goal oriented which I really enjoy. My co-workers at Thrive Management provide continuous mentorship in order to ensure my success. The focus in the office is not based around a long term sales representative position, but to develop the skills necessary to run your own business; which is ultimately my goal.

      Cons

      When first starting at Thrive Management I believed that the development of skills to run a business would take a long time but the personalized training makes this sort fast track progress possible. This job does require a lot of time to be put in but the hours are necessary to hone the required skills to run a business in the time eluded.

      Pros

      Positive team environment, everyone was very helpful in my training, great energy, accelerated training program into a management role, day to day is fun and fast-paced, great pay too, even at entry level.

      Cons

      I wouldnt say there are any real "cons" however, you have to be willing to stay focused. If youre looking to clock in and out 9-5, not have to do much, and just collect a paycheck, this probably isnt for you.
