      It's a constant grind. Technicians/engineers are often put in very challenging situations with very high expectations.

      Extremely poor management on the projects team. Stressful Poor pay No ladder of progression Divided teams Always understaffed and expect you to work accordingly Poor IT practices Unattainable goals Extremely toxic A company of about 20 employees and they lose someone about once a month due to the reasons above. Don’t listen to suggestions or concerns
