Have the opportunity to explore different things at one time.

Cons

Project manager don't listen to their staff. They make decision without discuss with their staff. Client's expectation is too high and expect the contractor to work overtime. They only care about the job outcome, they don't care about your mental health. They will rush you to finish the job even though you just joined the team. There is no career growth in this company.
