Cons
They don't value their employees; I've seen many good employees leave or have their contracts ended simply because they are no longer needed, without providing a definite career path. Also, they still use contracts that last only 1-3 months. Even for those employees who have already contributed significantly to the company, they aren't valued, as they can easily be let go if they are no longer needed.
