Pros

never join this company. Just nice office.

Cons

The management consists of a married couple, with the wife being a full scholarship student turned boss lady. Despite her extensive academic background, she lacks managerial acumen and leadership skills, showing disdain and disrespect towards employees. The boss frequently emerges from his office shouting profanities, using foul language in public areas to berate staff. Any deviation in attire from the boss's preferences results in immediate termination by the HR department. Employees can only answer with "yes" or "no" and are not allowed to respond with "ok." Any mistake is met with harsh rebuke. Staff are coerced into undergoing two days of unpaid training before starting to save on training costs. Executives are pressured to sign contracts where they must personally compensate the company for project failures. The boss criticizes work performance for minor errors like punctuation mistakes. The overall atmosphere in the company is toxic, suffocating employees and leading to a very high turnover rate, with many employees lasting less than a year before sudden termination, often due to zodiac signs or facial features not aligning with the boss's preferences. Employees are expected to complete tasks within an hour, forbidden from taking lunch breaks, and face termination if deadlines are exceeded. The company deducts salaries or demotes employees if it is not profitable, forcing staff to resign on their own so the company avoids paying compensation. Employees are coerced into signing contracts for a two-year probation period.

Pros

In general, I leave work on time.

Cons

The nature of the work is different from what was discussed during the interview. The salary will not be adjusted as promised. Less than a month after starting, both HR and colleagues in the same team have already left. Although it's an office with a sea view, the seating lacks privacy, and personal items cannot be placed on the desks. The boss tends to nitpick, avoiding dealing with major issues and instead focusing on minor faults, and even claiming that things that aren’t faults are faults. The boss enjoys publicly criticizing employees, which creates pressure for everyone, even those who are not directly involved. The boss even likes to insult employees using profanity. The boss also likes to assign tasks in the last half hour to fifteen minutes before the end of the workday, expecting you to complete them that day. The boss seems to treat the company like a stage, allowing him to play the role of an emperor. The boss enjoys hiring a bunch of unproductive employees.

Pros

No pros at all in this company

Cons

Two bosses are couple. Both are very arrogant and thought they are the smartest people. Extremely high turnover rate but bosses never review how they treat people. The female boss is a type person who studied a lot to prove herself how powerful she is, but actually a woman without much working experience and exposure. And most importantly no people skill and leadership. Just create fear to colleagues to show her status. Very traditional chinese management style. No respect to people. Please dont join this company even you are jobless. This company has to be eliminated by market asap.
