      An amazing company to work for

      Pros

      The product in itself is very unique, people are very passionate about making a success of the company, there is strong leadership and a real sense of accountability across the organisation. It is fast paced and demanding, but there is a really good life work balance and processes in place to support the people.

      Cons

      The pension contribution in the UK is probably behind other financial institutions.
