1) Good learning environment. 2) Supportive team members. 3) Multi domain multi vendor knowledge gaining opportunity. 4) Once you master the operations, you will really feel comfortable with job.

1) Not paid well. 2) Low hike. 3) High level management team least concerned about first level employees. 4) Can find a few irritating HR team members also.

Cons

when i joined Tikona so in starting i am facing a problem to manage the calls of sales team, daily i received 100+ calls from team.
