Pros

Supportive leadership that has the residents' well being first and foremost, provides a unique combination of clinical and expressive therapies tailored to treat residents' individual needs. Beautiful campus. Competitive pay and benefits.

Cons

Had some issues in the past, but leadership is diligently working everyday to overcome. I know because I left and came back and seen a vast improvement in operations.

Flexible scheduling, many great co-workers, decent pay for right out of college/first real job, good experience working with many disorders, good for resume

Cons

Not sustainable pay, no raises ever, management doesn't care about BHS staff, under-qualified people in important positions, some co-workers are extremely unreliable but never get punished because they are willing to pick up shifts, frequently short staffed which causes stress, burnout, and good employees begin to give up because our concerns and well-being is not a factor

Good experience fresh out of school. Co-worker support.

Cons

Unethical leaders, unrealistic demands, understaffed . If you have no morals or ethics this place is perfect. Lies to families and patients just to get them in. Very sad place for the girls and staff.
