Flexible working hour, that’s it.

Cons

Prefer people that looks busy than actually getting work done. Didn’t provide clear guidelines. No proper handover or onboarding procedures.

Pros

Remote/hybrid work with really flexible timing. Everyone is mostly chill and lets you do your own work, with the ocassional micro-managing, of course.

Cons

Lack of cohesiveness or appreciation by your bosses/higher-ups for your hard work. Yes, thanking you is one but don't say it just for the sake of saying it and actually mean it. And it would be nice of you to help out your employers too... Just because you're the boss doesn't mean you don't do any work AT ALL. Another cons is having to work long hours, especially if you have back-to-back events.
