      Pros

      Very flexible, will approve anything to let you do your job well. Clever bunch of people in a good market.

      Cons

      Growing too fast and don't have proper processes in place. Slow down the hiring and consolidate what you have first. Also, if not based in Israel you are treated like an employee but hired as a contractor. Causes more problems than I expected.

      People are great, and the management is always caring and helpful. I love the team, the teamwork, the challenges, and even the perfect work-life balance!

      Cons

      There is no permanent office at the moment, so we go to WeWork occasionally.
