      You will grow fast career wise. You will learn alot on the job and gain confidence. They instill a strong can-do spirit in you

      There's no reward for hardwork. No matter how much you achieve for the company, you will never hear a well done. However, when you don't meet up to expectations, they come for you as though you committed murder and will constantly refer to that one event everyday and in every occasion.

      Appraisal Results are useless and carries no weight as promotion is done through ranking by bunch of people who know nothing about your appraisal or contribution to your team but pick their friends and popular head office staff that could have had zero contributions all year round and let the unpopular but hardworking waste away in same job level.
