      Free tea / coffee / biscuits. Birthdays celebrated.

      Cons

      Team was completely mismanaged, which led to team members beginning to resent each other and in the end, all left. Cliques in place, so was often hard to get to know anyone other than your immediate team. Disappointing as it is such a small firm. Workload completely unrealistic.

      Great team, supportive staff, nice environment

      Cons

      Higher salaries to correspond with the workload. Paid overtime, or the ability to take a day off because there are a lot of overtime hours.
