The boss calls, texts, facebook messages, etc. at any hour of the day. The boss never shows up to work leaving you convinced you are doing everything. The owner has the temper of a teenager and will yell at you if someone else is "doing her wrong". Completely disorganized. I signed on for a single job and was given 6 different jobs while still being payed at poverty level. The boss says she will give you a pay raise "after training". THERE IS NO TRAINING. It is a scam she uses to get you to work your hardest for little pay. She will change the end date for training as many times as she wants to. The boss is terrible and will belittle you in order to build herself up.

toxic...owner is manipulative, will NEVER take blame and always blame employees if she didnt get what she wants even when she just put you on the spot with no clear instructions or even if it is her mistake. Never heard any sorry. Overworks the staff, very disorganized, low pay. if suddenly there is a good review here...you'll know one of them wrote it just like their fake product reviews. They even ask me to delete negative comments on facebook and instagram...lack ethics and they make a fake image of "all-woman team". Don't be fooled by the company's glamorous feed & many followers online. The owner is "ceo" but NOT a leader. find better company even if you are desperate for a job, seriously
