Ignorant management do not follow proper workplace procedures for sexual harassment and bullying

Flexible house available during exam time Easy to swap shifts with coworkers Standard shifts during the year (not peak time)
Cons
Shambolic management Placed unrealistic expectations on employees through testing procedures Poor/weak training The entire family are wealthy but very stingy Do not reward or congratulate employees for good work Rude, two-faced managers in store (Kew) Issues with workplace bullying which management insisted were the victims fault Ignored complaints from staff about inappropriate sexual harassment taking place because the perpetrator was “part of the Toscano’s family”

They offer PTOs, sick days, and 2 days off. Management is very easy-going.
Cons
No weekends off. No more cons, they're good.
