It’s like one big playground in the office, no real professionalism and what they expect of you is completely unrealistic, even if you’ve only been there a week or two. They sell you dreams! Until you get up into the office and realise it’s just a daycare filled with adult looking children with no clue on etiquette or how to act professional. I came from the academy and they did not even give me a chance in the office before letting me go just because, and I quote, “I did not look like I was enjoying it” and because I left 10 minutes before 6:30, when I’m only contracted till 5:30? They expect you to come in at 7am and leave at 9/10pm while just about paying employees enough to get the bus there and back The people who have been there for several years are BULLIES and liars. And move as a pack, ensuring to bring any new employees down with them. The rates they offer medical staff are appalling, no wonder why literally every other agency is better.
