      Pros

      Colleagues were nice no other positives.

      Cons

      Terrible dated offices with clutter everywhere and dirty. Very little employee benefits. Workloads are immense without recognition or rewards. (Only sales people are rewarded) you are expected to work more than your contracted hours for no pay otherwise you are not seen as being "passionate" and are snubbed. Unprofessional and aggressive line manager (bully!) and old school upper management who are out of touch with their employees. I will never go back!!

      Big company - good relationship with insurers and systems Good people within the business Experienced staff

      Cons

      Bonuses not great. Targets are high and deductions from bonus for not hitting set targets - or no bonus at all. Poor pay rises, no room for negotiation. Travelling around the UK - car allowances not great.
