      Pros

      The community who use the centre are great though the orh only really serve a small number of people for the size of the team and the buildings

      Cons

      Lack of representation of communities on SMT and difficulty to retain people of colour at SMT level for usual reasons in charity sector. SMT prioritise income generation over community priorities
