Salary was good for an entry level position.
Cons
Extremely unorganized. Would show up to jobs with no parts or equipment then go back out to get it all. Extreme Favouritism Office employees think theyre in charge of technicians that help out in the warehouse

Lots of growth and expansion. Upward advancement opportunity. Helping save their clients money on energy and maintenance through efficiency upgrades. Respect family time. Decent work/life balance
Cons
Fast paced, short training period, organization and clients needs change daytoday can be hard to keep up with and becomes stressful
