Pros

You actually learn a lot from all the processes in place. Be it product, success, sales, marketing, support and sales, if you ignore the product deficiencies and just concentrate on the processes, they can be good for you career.

Cons

For every negative review, there will be uber positive review posted. That is enough to make you understand the internal strife of the company. Agreed Customer Support needs to support better. It is the same breath as Sales need to sell better, Marketing need to market better and Product needs to build better. The company is going through an identity crisis, looks like there's no more forward thinking but just hoping for the best. The main leadership team are not leaders, instead listening to flavors of the months. Or whoever sells the dream better. I'd stay away unless you see proper reviews posted here, and you can obviously see what's fake and what's not.

Pros

- Managers routinely have 1 on 1's with employees. -Office location -Product has a good reputation - Pingpong table -Nice staff (below management team) -This could be a good starting point for a sales career but that's about it. You will learn some good fundamentals but it's really nothing more than a minimum wage paycheck. -Do you want to make great money as an Account Executive? Look elsewhere.

Cons

- Staff is walking on eggshells. Management is self-serving. -Broken promises to my coworkers on a variety of issues. Three employees were hired with the expectation of flexible hours and the ability to occasionally work from home to be with their children. This was a lie and someone has since been fired because of this conflict -The contract you sign is near worthless. Management increases your quota as they please while imposing restrictions on the sales team. They do not value hard work and achievement like a startup should. - Terrible expectation setting. Many employees have been sold false promises of equity in the company, benefits, upward mobility, growth plans. -Account Executives regularly miss out on their hard earned commission due to lack of customer support on the front end which causes frequent customer churn. -Hiring people with little relevant experience. - Expected to work and only work when in the office. No downtime. This is not a "work hard, play hard" atmosphere. -Management far too focused on saving money.
