lots to say in this column where do I start, firstly the place is a health and safety hot zone chernobyl wasn't as bad as this place. Secondly management is non existent same as the disciplinenary procedures no wonder some of the cretins that walked through those doors and that are still there did or are getting a wage. Your just a number in this place not an employee and getting worked to the bone ( slave labour more like) and getting paid terribly for it. Now also I would watch this company (not just for the reasons that I have stated) but because the seem to want to treat their most loyal employees like dirt and then send them out the door, to then con them out of their pay that they are entitled to. GO AND LOOK AT A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO WORK FOR BECAUSE IF YOUR FACE DOESNT FIT YOU WONT BE THERE FOR TOO LONG.
