Pros

Close nit group of people. There are many junior engineers eager to learn from the senior engineers. Never a lack of work to be completed witch makes the days move faster. Manufactures on the shop floor are excellent at building prototypes parts with the look of great professionalism. All the guys on the shop floor are hard working and make the designers imaginations a reality in just a few days.

Cons

Deadlines are very tight, the work load very high, and the workforce is very sparse, especially during covid. Delivery deadlines are more important then healthy engineering practices with reviews of designs. TP work ethic is build a new design as fast as you can and we will worry about the engineering aspect later. Large pay cuts for salaried individuals during covid was brutal, but adding them with large increase in work hours made it hard to justify the continued employment at this place. No overtime pay for salaried personnel. oh, and the coffee is really bad.
