Pros
The People - I have been working remotely with this company for 9 months now and every person I have met has been very welcoming, supportive and helpful. Although I work remotely we do a good job at staying connected and meeting in person occasionally and I have also had the opportunity to meet my colleagues across the pond. Work Ethics - Its very much a team culture. We all want to do a good job here and everyone works hard and supports one another to ensure that as a team we deliver.
Cons
No cons as such - There are areas for development with internal processes as in any growing company, but this is something already on the radar and also an opportunity be involved in creating positive change within the company
